The project has developed a 40 million ton / year PTA plant condenser coils unit of the new structure, the establishment of the oxidation process condenser coils model, the internal wave tubes with titanium outer thread tube, heat exchanger and high efficiency. Project team also made anti-vibration structure of heat exchange tube bundle, optimize the structure of titanium lining to achieve the partition leak detection, inspection and preparation of technical specification of equipment manufacturing, forming a complete oxidation of the condenser energy saving engineering and manufacturing technology.
October 2010, the results of the project in Shanghai Petrochemical 40 million tons / year PTA plant on the industrial applications, the condenser is running smooth, efficient heat transfer, equipment cost savings of more than 50% of foreign products.
