1.Leakage
The performance of leakage is heat exchanger tube have water droplets.Leakage occurs from the sealing among the plates or the inside of leaking tank.
2.Liquid mixture
The main features is the liquid from higher pressure fleeing into the low pressure container. It will make the heat exchanger's pressure and temperature abnormally.If the liquid has corrosive,it will cause the pipeline corrosion.The liquid mixture occurs in the diversion area or the second sealing area.
3.Larger pressure
The pressure of liquid inlet or outlet exceed the equipment design requiements,even many times higher than the design value.It influence the volume and temperature of the heat exchanger seriously.In heating system,if the pressure less than the other side,it make the temperature can not meet the requirements.
